Fantasy Football Quarterback Rankings:
1. Andrew Luck, Indianapolis Colts, Bye 10
This year, Andrew Luck takes the top spot for quarterbacks. Last year, he led the league in touchdown passes, and finished in the top three for passing yards. There is no doubt that this 25 year old quarterback is still improving as he is in his prime. His rushing ability adds more potential to the mix as well. Lastly, the Colts signed veteran receiver Andre Johnson which adds a wide spectrum of targets for Andrew Luck to throw to.
2. Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers, Bye 7
Another big year is due for Rodgers and the Packers. They resigned Randall Cobb and Brian Bulaga to keep the strength and power of this mighty offense. Rodgers has a great supporting cast of receivers led by Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb. The Packers also have a strong run offense with Eddie Lacy, which could draw attention off of the pass. Rodgers continues to be a very strong QB1, and will continue to be for the next set of years.

3. Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks, Bye 9
Russell Wilson was quiet, but actually was one of the top quarterbacks last year. The reason of this was due to Russell's stellar rushing numbers. He rushed for 849 yards and 6 touchdowns. His passing numbers might have been weaker, but Seattle improved their receivers by adding one of the best tight ends in the league, Jimmy Graham. With Jimmy Graham, everybody has to feel more confident about Russell's passing game as he cruises to the #3 slot on my list.
4. Cam Newton, Carolina Panthers, Bye 5
2014 was a down year for Cam Newton as he was banged up with a first-year supporting cast around him. With Cam Newton healthy and more experienced with his receivers and lineman, Newton shoots to being elite again. His rushing ability only adds on to what this young, talented player can do.
5. Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers, Bye 11
Throwing for the most passing yards (along with Drew Brees) was a huge accomplishment for Big Ben. Unfortunately, those numbers will not repeat. The Steelers and Big Ben have arguably the hardest schedule in the league, especially for a quarterback. His consistency also needs work, but with a great receiving core and a top-notch running back, Big Ben can be considered a Top 5 QB.
6. Drew Brees
Drew Brees lost his main target, Jimmy Graham, to the Seattle Seahawks. However, there is no denying Brees' talent. He is obviously regressing, at 35 years old, but speedy receiver Brandon Cooks can do some damage. They also added Max Unger to keep Brees protected. However, with the addition to CJ Spiller, the Saints are shifting to a running formation, especially with Mark Ingram there too. If you do not like a risky pick, Brees is not the right fit for you.
7. Peyton Manning, Denver Broncos, Bye 7
I struggle to even put Peyton Manning this high, but he still performed at a high level last year. This year his numbers will decline. However, his weapons are still young and extremely talented, which gives Manning hope for one good year left in the tank. There are many problems that could be crucial to Manning's value. First off, they hired a run-heavy coach in Gary Kubiak. Gary Kubiak will most likely incorporate star runningback C.J. Anderson in the system. Secondly, the Broncos lost Julius Thomas, a touchdown heavy, red zone target. Adding to the tight end issue, their rookie tight end, Jeff Heuerman, unfortunately tore his ACL leading him to be out for the entire season. To close it off, there are questions about arm strength and being 39 years old surrounding him which is very concerning. His upside is still there but this could be a year where he suffers a huge downfall. Being in many fantasy leagues, I can tell you that Peyton will be overdrafted and overvalued.
8. Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons, Bye 10
Ryan catches a lucky break with an easy schedule. With Julio Jones healthy, Ryan could succeed into a mid-high QB1. However, if anything happens to Julio, this offense can come crashing down. The Atlanta Falcons' offensive line is mediocre at best, Roddy White is declining rapidly, and underrated receiver Harry Douglas was actually cut from the team. However, with the easy schedule and Ryan's pure talent, this can be a later round QB to watch.
9. Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys, Bye 6
It will be interesting on how the Dallas offense will do without Demarco Murray. It could mean that Tony Romo will get more passing attempts for a chance to hit big numbers. However, Tony Romo just turned 35, and his back problems are still evident and something to worry about. Expect some nice games with Dez Bryant leading the receivers for Dallas.
10. Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions, Bye 9
Inconsistency. Inconsistency. Inconsistency. Stafford had a mediocre year with some great games and some poor games. Although, with Calvin Johnson healthy and Golden Tate improving, Stafford can jump his way into the Top 10.
11. Tom Brady, New England Patriots, Bye 4
I'm just not a fan of players with suspensions. Tom Brady is a great QB but there a better options that would start playing at the beginning of the season without a suspension.
12. Eli Manning, New York Giants, Bye 11
Drafting offensive lineman Brandon Flowers for protection, and keeping star wideout Odell involved in the offense, Eli has nice upside. The rise of Odell Beckham Jr. is what makes Eli Manning a low QB1 to high QB2 option.
13. Ryan Tannehill, Miami Dolphins, Bye 5
Tannehill is still very young and will start to enter his prime soon. This might not happen this year as the supporting cast is new and in different systems as they were last year. It will still be interesting how Tannehill and the Dolphins adjust.
14. Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers, Bye 10
Rivers threw a lot of interceptions last year, leading to a fair season. I expect a rebound campaign but it will not be anything too special.
15. Joe Flacco, Baltimore Ravens, Bye 9
Joe Flacco should do well in Trestman's offense. Unfortunately, there are no great weapons on Baltimore, especially with Steve Smith Sr. taking less snaps.
16. Teddy Bridgewater, Minnesota Vikings, Bye 5
Progress will come for Bridgewater, who is an underrated QB. With Mike Wallace and Charles Johnson, Bridgewater should have some solid games.
17. Colin Kaepernick, San Francisco, Bye 10
A struggling system all but helps Colin Kaepernick produce great games. He'll try to find his way in his scrambling ability, but it's going to be a long season for the 49ers.
18. Jay Cutler, Chicago Bears, Bye 7
Turnovers... Injuries... Jay Cutler is a risky pick with capped upside. He does have the opportunity to throw deep to Alshon Jeffery and Martellus Bennett, two valuable targets.
19. Sam Bradford, Philadelphia Eagles
It's a shame that Sam Bradford is "made of glass" because he really is a talented quarterback. However, due to his trait of being injury-prone, his value sinks.
20. Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals
If it weren't for the injuries to A.J. Green, Tyler Eifert, and Giovanni Bernard, then Andy Dalton would have played better. Although, Dalton really isn't too great in all fairness.
21. Carson Palmer, Arizona Cardinals
Carson's injuries are a concern as he is getting older. He'll give it all he's got in his final years in the NFL.
22. Jameis Winston, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Jameis Winston is a rookie with some nice weapons in Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson. It will be interesting to see how he plays in that type of system.
23. Marcus Mariota, Tennessee Titans
Marcus Mariota is really talented but he does not have a great supporting cast. Kendall Wright and Dorial Green-Beckham are two nice targets but this team isn't ready yet. Mariota remains a low QB2 with upside.
24. Robert Griffin III, Washington Redskins
RGIII has upside with his running ability, but injuries could catch up to him. He's also inconsistent and you do not know what to expect.
25. Nick Foles, St. Louis Rams
Nick Foles is a non-factor in a weak offense. I would avoid him.
26. Alex Smith, Kansas City Chiefs
Alex Smith is only mediocre. They got Jeremy Maclin who may help but it's unlikely.
